Currently tuber - Sent as a tuber. It is the bizarre shape of the flower along with the its vivid colors that stand out in the garden. For such an exotic looking plant the glory lily is very hardy and we recommend keeping in pots. Also known as the Flame Lily.
Unlike most lilies, it is a twining vine that is able to grasp with tendrils formed at the tips of the leaves - it is great for a splash of vertical colour from Summer to Autumn.
It grows fast in warm weather, blooms, then dies down to its tuberous roots naturally every winter (so frosts are not a problem), only to reshoot in spring. Per tuber expect at least 5 flowers.;
